The Philips Sonicare 9900 Prestige was sent to me for a free trial.
The design is very noble and corresponds to the description.
The travel case is very practical and also noble. The toothbrush can also be charged in the case.
When too much pressure on the teeth, the toothbrush lights up blue. I find that very good, because so you do not give too much pressure on the gums, etc..
The battery life is also very positive, it lasts incredibly long and the toothbrush is charged quickly.
The toothbrush is very comfortable in the hand and the three different intensity levels can be set directly on the device.
With connection of the app you can access various features. While you have the app turned on, you can follow the cleaning process.
However, you can not change the cleaning program without the app, which is a bit inconvenient.

In addition to the data on the toothbrush and details on brushing activities, the app also wants to permanently(!) record location and orientation data. Registration with a Philips account and explicit consent to analyse the data is required to complete the initial setup.
I don't quite see why this data has to be sent to Philips and who knows where else in order to brush teeth...
It's amazing who rates everything here: Probably the marketing department of Philipps. I have a quasi subscription with these toothbrushes: I always redeem the multi-year warranty, because the brush almost certainly breaks within the warranty period. So there is always a new brush. Sometimes the thing goes off even in the middle of the night. Also, the toothbrushes to go with it are prohibitively expensive. The only reason why I always buy again: Cleans very well.

Not only does this toothbrush look classy and great, but it delivers a great brushing experience. With the app I noticed that I press too hard. Since then, the brushing result is much better. The handling is very easy and the battery lasts relatively long. An absolute purchase recommendation!

The device is a testament to its quality and feels great in the hand. One small flaw is the sensor button on the front of the appliance, which can be pressed unintentionally if used incorrectly. This is not a big deal, you should just remember that. Otherwise, this "Sonicare" can really be recommended. I particularly like the accompanying app, which really registers every use and there are various settings for cleaning programmes and other settings. So, have fun with it :-)

I bought this toothbrush because of the test results of Stiftung Warentest (12/2021), as it was the only one (besides the Philips Sonicare 9300 Diamond Clean Smart, which was not available) that cleaned the teeth very well. And for me, this was the argument for this brush - although the price is quite high compared to others. But I'm happy to pay a little more for good quality.
I can't judge the price/performance ratio because I can't judge the "good" tooth cleaning myself. Maybe I will get feedback from my dental hygienist. Let's see...
What I can judge is the handling and I am satisfied with that.
I used the app actively at the beginning and it certainly gives good tips for use. Now I don't use it anymore, but the data is still transferred to my iPhone and I can check the statistics from time to time. The app certainly has a motivational factor that is beneficial for me personally to brush my teeth 2x a day.
