Cooling pads for pain treatment. Multi-use compresses are useful for any home pharmacy. They can be applied in various ways, for example, after a sports injury or to relieve muscle tension. After use, you can place the cooling pads back in the refrigerator so they are ready for quick use next time. To cool them sufficiently, about 2 hours in the refrigerator or freezer is enough. For warming, 4 minutes in warm water is sufficient. Note: Never use damaged compresses.
