It provides 10 measurements of body composition: weight, BMI, fat mass, muscle mass, visceral fat, total body water, daily calorie intake in kcal, metabolic age, body type assessment, and bone mass. The metabolic age function indicates the body's age level based on the user's basal metabolic rate. The maximum weight capacity is 150 kg. To track measurements for up to 4 users, the scale stores all data on the included SD card. This data can then be transferred to a PC and displayed in a spreadsheet.
