To turn on the Wave Roller, press and hold the power button for 1-2 seconds. The Wave Roller starts at the lowest of the five speed settings. To increase the speed, briefly press the plus button until the desired speed is active. Place the device under the treatment area and gradually apply light to moderate pressure as needed. To turn off the Wave Roller, press and hold the power button until the device shuts down.

Battery and Charging: After turning off the device, plug the power adapter into the charging port. The LED on the power button will blink until the device is fully charged. The charging process is complete when the LED on the power button lights up solid green. The battery status is continuously displayed on the LED on the power button when the device is turned on. To check the battery level when the device is off, briefly press the power button, and the battery LED will blink to indicate the battery level.
