After 1 year, the battery of my Sonicare DiamondClean has become weaker and no longer has the same power as at the beginning. Can I send in the toothbrush under warranty and have it replaced? I have treated the toothbrush as described.

Philips Sonicare toothbrushes have a 2-year factory warranty with an additional year of warranty if registered online after purchase. Should the performance become unwearable within this period, please feel free to contact Philips Customer Care at https://www.philips.ch/support.
