An XL cuff for 35-44 cm is available under accessories. Unfortunately, we do not offer a blood pressure monitor / cuff for an upper arm circumference of 50-55 cm.

I recommend using a manual stethoscope, as the cuffs are usually very variable. (Unfortunately, we do not yet offer this). Alternatively, a wrist measurement device could be used. You can easily filter for your wrist circumference at this link https://www.galaxus.ch/de..., wrist gauges are already pre-filtered.
