The toothbrush can be switched off (or paused) with one click - but only after it has been in operation for 5 s or longer (if the button is pressed during 5 s of operation, the brush is not switched off, but the mode is changed). If the button is pressed again within 30 s after switching off/pausing, the programme continues from where it was interrupted; if no further click is made within these 30 s and the brush remains off, the programme starts again from the beginning when it is switched on again later.
