Can the balm be washed off with water? Does it leave the skin oily? Does it also remove eye makeup without irritating the eyes? Thank you very much for your answers.

Washing off with water or wiping with a clean cloth works best. The skin doesn't feel greasy at all and the balm removes my waterproof mascara without any problems :) it's the best balm I've bought so far!
