Has anyone else had trouble with defective toothbrushes? My toothbrush broke 2 times during the warranty period (1 x mechanical, 1 x battery defective) and now I have been sent a new toothbrush that cannot be charged. In my opinion, the product is a piece of junk.

Hello, the mechanism of my toothbrush was also defective once during the warranty period. It was also replaced with a new one, but it works perfectly...
However, I am switching back to the "conventional" toothbrushes. I don't like the fact that I can't "scrub" anymore. I somehow can't cope with just holding it down... :-)
