The box contains two heads in all. A classic OneBlade head and a OneBlade 360 head. The important thing is not to infect small wounds with micro-organisms from the skin. There are two good ways of avoiding skin infection (pimples, redness): good hygiene (intimate parts too), and rinsing the head with hot water after use. You can use both a shaving head and a body head if you like. I haven't used the 360 head yet, so I don't know whether it's more practical for the face or the body.
