Basically, the all-in-one devices will be relatively similar. However, the dedicated beard trimmer offers even more options for shaving the beard (cutting length can be adjusted in 0.5 mm increments). If this graduation is not necessary and you have no problem changing the attachments, the All in One solution should probably not have any disadvantages.

I only know the Series 9 beard trimmer and am very satisfied with it.

Similar tenor to the previous answers: I don't know the 7-series device, but it seems to be functionally quite similar to the 9-series beard trimmer, especially the shaving head and attachments. You probably don't need it next to it... Battery life and feel are just better in the upper class, but there is probably a lot of Marketing/artificial product differentiation behind it... the fixable fine adjustment could be an advantage, but if the attachment slips in the toiletry bag while travelling, which unfortunately happens, the beard is suddenly mowed down🙃

I'm not sure I fully understood the question and I'm not familiar with the Series 7 MGK7491 :-). I can tell you that this trimmer is perfect for both beards and hair.
