Hello
I ordered the product "prorelax DuoComfort" and it arrived the next day, thank you very much for the fast service.
Now I have a question about the electropads:
In the instructions it says where the electropads are attached to the body. However, there is nothing about the chest or arm muscles.
Can I still place the electropads on the triceps, for example, without hesitation?
And does the electrostimulation pose a risk to the heart if I place it on the chest?
Greetings
Well, you can use either TENS or EMS. TENS is good for the nerves (for example, after a surgical procedure, you have no, just a weak or a funny feeling on the surface of the skin) because it makes the nerves grow faster. EMS is good for maintaining muscles when you are injured.
To use: Use either two or four pads. It is important that these are positioned next to the muscle start (to the right of the muscle start) and muscle end (to the left of the muscle end), i.e. somewhat diagonally. With 4 pads, the principle is the same but the two additional pads should be positioned at the beginning of the muscle (left) and the end of the muscle (right).
If it doesn't hurt at the beginning or is at least uncomfortable, then you know they are positioned incorrectly.
For the breast, it works best for me as follows: for the right breast, below the nipple and between the oesophagus and the nipple. The counterpart under the collarbone, the vertical position is difficult to describe (for me about 7-8 cm above the nipple).
TIP: First use EMS and then TENS, relatively briefly but intensively.
