Question about Philips Sonicare Premium Gum Care

How soft are these bristles? I used to have an old Sonicare with the normal soft brushes (not smart brushes) and would like to replace it. But I really want very gentle brushes/bristles like the "normal" Sonicare soft brush or even softer.

I find them quite soft and comfortable, but probably too hard for someone with sensitive gums. But after all, they have to clean the teeth, so if they were too soft, the cleaning result would probably not be satisfactory.

So: Since I was/am a dental technician, I always chose the hardest brush heads!!! Everyone has their own individual needs. The decisive factor is the "contact pressure" and the "brushing technique". If you are unsure, ask your dentist or DH. There is no "general recommendation" from me. Tip: the right brush head can be found at: https://www.philips.ch>c-m-pe>buerstenkoepfe - So that's it - I hope that I have served you a little with my answer.

I felt that the brush heads were hard at the beginning. But with time they became softer... (possibly a habituation effect?). Maybe the Sensitive brush heads could be an alternative... Philips Sonicare Sensitive (8x)
