I find them quite soft and comfortable, but probably too hard for someone with sensitive gums. But after all, they have to clean the teeth, so if they were too soft, the cleaning result would probably not be satisfactory.

So: Since I was/am a dental technician, I always chose the hardest brush heads!!! Everyone has their own individual needs. The decisive factor is the "contact pressure" and the "brushing technique".
