Question about Philips Sonicare DiamondClean 9000

I can only advise against the Philips Sonicare toothbrushes. I have had 5 replacements since 2019. The last one has now lasted just 4 months and the mechanics are on the blink. New handpieces will not charge with old chargers! Mechanics have failed 4 times, 1 time it was the battery.

Today I had to get a replacement under warranty again because the toothbrush was defective once more after 6 months (pin loose at the top). I've had Philips Sonicare DiamondClean toothbrushes for a long time, but they've never lasted as long as they have in the last few years. I used to be happy to recommend them to others, but now I can only advise against them. If I don't get a replacement under warranty at some point, I will change brands.

Exactly the same for me: after exactly 2 years and one month, the battery was unusable. Coincidentally, right after the warranty expired...

I had the same experience... will switch back to the good old toothbrush:

We have had a similar experience... the devices have to be replaced after about 4-6 months.

I now have exactly the same problem with the loose pin after approx. 1.5 years. I have sent the device in and hope that I will get a replacement. According to Galaxus, in the worst case scenario (exclusion of warranty) I even have to pay the service fees for the inspection.

actually a super brush. i'm more than satisfied with it. i just think the quality leaves a lot to be desired. i've had the toothbrush for 6 years now and it's now also the 5th model. at the latest after the expiry of the warranty period, it goes defective. i love it and so i tried again and again. last week i received a replacement device again. very annoying. the whole thing is not cheap.

The same for me. It's sad that you get a disposable product at this price.

The same here, already the third. Sound no longer transmits correctly.
