Question about Beurer BF 720
I can't get to grips with the device! I have entered all my data in the scale. I have installed the app. Bluetooth connection is there but doesn't stay all the time. When I stand on it, the device does not show? I have set up an account. What do I have to do to get it to turn on and show me my weight? Bicho
I have to delete the scales every time and log in again so that the data is synchronised. No other option found so far
Worked for me the first time I set it up, and then no longer (had deleted user and app).
For me, it helped to click on "ignore" on the iPhone under Settings -> Bluetooth and then reconnect via the app :)

This also happened to me. In the app for selecting the scale, there is a BF700 and a BF720 that look identical but the app won't connect to the 700. As soon as I selected the 720, it worked immediately

Thank you Daniel- The display stays black for me. Doesn't show anything. I'm a little bit divested, but I'll do it again.
Difficult.... Everything works fine for me. My tip: Reset the device again (incl. registration on the Beurer app) and then start it up again step by step according to the instructions.
