I have a question for the community: I ordered the "Oral-B iO 6 + Sensitive" a few days ago via a daily deal at Galaxus. It was delivered today. I noticed that the packaging shows model 3757, but the toothbrush is model 3758. The 3758 is the successor model Oral-B iO7. The packaging and contents therefore do not match. The difference lies in the charging adapter - the one for the iO7 does not have a spike in the middle, but the adapter supplied is the one for the iO6. The challenge now is that the model must be specified for the 5-year warranty extension. What should I specify? Model iO6 and in case of a defect I would then deliver the model iO7 or iO7, but the proof of purchase shows the model iO6. To the community: what does your delivery look like?
