Question about Dyson Corrale

Avatar

Is it normal for the Dyson Corrale to slide badly through the hair and make a scratching noise? Surely that shouldn't be the case with such an expensive product? My previous hair straightener, which cost 20 euros, glided through my thick hair without any problems.

I have the same problem. Hair was completely dry and it still made funny noises like a "scratching" as if the hair was stuck.

The hair must be really dry. When the hair is still wet, it can cause this noise and also damage the hair. It also makes it difficult to pull the strands of hair through.
