Is it possible to create multiple children in the app who brush with different brushes (or at least brush heads) but have their own accounts with individual progress in the app?

Yes, that is possible. However, only one account can brush the teeth in the app at a time. So the children have to use the app one after the other.
The app explains well how to brush the teeth properly in a playful and motivating way. However, the app also has a few bugs that are annoying (but it can still be used).
