When I ordered this product, which was offered at a 78% discount, the supplier had 10 pieces in stock. Today, 5 days later, I have received a cancellation of my order because it was "out of stock"! What dishonesty and non-compliance with contractual clauses! Galaxus is becoming less and less reliable. This is not my first experience of this. Couldn't you do something about it and take responsibility for your suppliers? And above all protect your buyers better? I've been a customer for several years and I've never seen so many problems of this type in such a short space of time: *the famous "order cancellation" trick for not honouring an order! (I wonder if I shouldn't refer this to consumer protection organisations?)
Ordered two in a row, one for the holiday home. I am very satisfied and delivery as planned. However, I didn't get a discount.
