Why does this product state 30mm diameter and the same product, which is simply more expensive, 45mm? Does this refer to the curling attachments?

The difference lies only with the supplier. The more expensive product is offered by a marketplace retailer. The cheaper product comes from our warehouse. The specification is customised.
