Question about TP-Link M7200

Looking for a mobile router and am between the Netgear Nighthawk M1 or TP-Link M7200. TP-Link M7200 is probably sufficient. One argument would be if there was a mobile router with eSIM compatibility. As far as I can see, neither of them have eSim capabilities? Are there mobile hotspots with eSIM support?

I'm happy with my TP-Link M7200, which I use when travelling to pick up WiFi, but it doesn't have eSIM capability.
