Hello.
The CPU works for sure.
The RAM is a problem. This is a dual channel board, so the RAM should also be dual channel and always populated in pairs. The RAM you specified is not on the board's compatibility list. But it would work:
F4-3200C16D-16GTZB or F4-4266C19D-16GTZR.
