Five electric and three petrol scarifiers in the test

Spring, from mid-April, and autumn, from September, are the best times to do something good for the lawn. After the first fertilising and the first two lawn cuts, preferably to about 4 cm, is the best time to scarify. A working depth of 3 mm is sufficient to remove moss and mulch between the individual grass plants and to give the roots some "air" again.
