Hello everyone, I have come across a motherboard specification that I do not understand. It concerns the point "Memory chip"; for current ones, it usually says "DDR5-5200, DDR5-5600" or "DDR5-SDRAM". --> SDRAM is the memory type, but what does DDR5-5600 mean then? That looks more like the "supported speed" to me. But for every motherboard, the supported speed was also always displayed separately. I have found this specification on at least 5 different motherboards. I hope someone can clear up my confusion. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone, I'm starting to find it very uncool. Every time I want to log in here on the website I have to reset my password. I have just tested it and have done the game 5 times. After you have reset your password you are automatically logged in, which is not bad. But when you log out and log in again, the password is apparently no longer valid. I have tried it several times with the same result. Apparently this is not stored correctly in the database of the website can you please fix this thanks.

I have a small feature request that you can have your interns implement. A way to move products in the watchlist to another watchlist, e.g. by dragging and dropping. Since products are saved by default in the lowest or the currently expanded notepad, my notepads have become a mess and the only way to rearrange them is to delete items from the wrong notepad, open the correct list and note the product again. I ordered toners from Galaxus. These were supposedly delivered 2 days ago and have now gone back to the distribution centre because supposedly no one was there to receive them. Which was not true, there was someone there all day. Galaxus does not respond to emails. I can indicate in the order itself that it has not been delivered. In this case, I should contact the customer service centre. However, I am not told how to do this. As with many other shops, there is no contact email/phone number for customer service on the website. When I search for customer service or support, I am of course only offered new products. Can anyone help me with this? I would like to complete my very last Galaxus order here quickly

Hello everyone, would it be possible to add a weight filter for PC cases? A slider with freely adjustable minimum and maximum weight would be ideal for this. This would allow users to specifically search for cases under 7 kg or between 10 and 15 kg, for example. The weight is already listed as a specification for the products, which is why such a filter would be well-suited. Thank you!

Hello together I need one (or more) decent monitors for my gaming PC. However, I also need the same monitors for work. So if the monitor isn't good in terms of text clarity or straining the eyes, it probably won't be an option for me. My gaming PC can play everything on the market.... RTX5090 / 9950X3D / 64GB CL32 6400 RAM Thanks for any tips. QDOLED, WOLED, MiniLED, Tamden OLED are all terms I'm familiar with... I'm currently leaning towards the following monitor (not yet arrived in Switzerland) MPG 341CQR QD-OLED X36.... It seems to have a new subpixel layout, which should solve the text problem.

Hello everyone, would it be possible to add a filter for the maximum polling rate for mice? Especially for gaming mice, this has become a relevant purchasing criterion. The polling rate is already specified for the products. A corresponding filter would make searching for gaming mice with a high polling rate much easier, e.g., 1,000, 2,000, 4,000, or 8,000 Hz. A filter like 'at least 1,000 / 2,000 / 4,000 / 8,000 Hz' would therefore be very helpful to find suitable gaming mice faster. Thank you!

Hello, I am looking for a good ironing board suitable for heavy steam use, and tall enough for a tall person. With current irons and steam generators, I have noticed that a lot of steam condenses under the board: with my new Brabantia board, the metal surface is completely damp and I even find water droplets on the floor. I would therefore like to avoid finding my parquet floor wet after every ironing session. Ideally, I am looking for a board: that handles a large amount of steam well and wicks away moisture properly; with a sufficiently thick/padded surface, more than 8mm or even 10mm; that can be raised to about 100 cm or more; and that is sufficiently stable and sturdy. Which board do you use and are you satisfied with it when using a steam generator or an iron that produces a lot of steam? Thank you for your advice and feedback!
