Hello Community I am looking for a replacement for my AirPort Extreme and AirPort Time Capsule. Both are in router mode and act as access points in bridge mode. The aim is to provide our house with WLAN, but I need both access points to be able to connect devices to the network via Ethernet. I also want the APs to access the network via LAN cable. The goal is as follows: Ground floor: 1x Zyxel router (WiFi is on display) and Internet gateway, our network devices are connected to the router via a switch and the WAN connectivity is ensured via the Zyxel device First floor: 1x WiFi AP with at least 2 LAN connections for multimedia DG: 1x WiFi AP with at least 2 LAN connections to connect our notebooks if required Who had a similar challenge and how was it solved? I know there was a similar enquiry here 6 years ago, but that was 6 years ago and the devices have also developed further. During my research so far, I have noticed that the access points on sale only ever have one RJ45 connection. However, as already mentioned, I need at least 2 LAN connections. I think you could also use WLAN routers here, but these would then have to be configured as access points. Do I see this correctly? What about a MESH solution? Or are there any products that you could recommend? Thank you for your support!

This gadget is great fun! But the fun is short-lived as the battery dies very quickly. I'm a bit frustrated. The price is too high for a battery that discharges so quickly... Or maybe it's a special problem? Does anyone have an opinion on this?

You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.

Dear person responsible for this decision: You should be fired. The search function for this has been made considerably worse. For example, I searched for "10W40 Motorex" because that's exactly what I want. The search returns 192 (!) results, most of which are irrelevant. The first oil 10W40 is in 13th place, but is from Castrol. There is no 10W40 from Motorex among the first 48 results, although there are at least 8 suitable and available products in the shop, which I then found using the filter functions. I hope this will be usable again at some point.

Hello, after inserting a black "Hermex Toner compatible for Canon i-SENSYS LBP633Cdw" cartridge, the printer detected and reported a counterfeit, then was able to print a few colour pages BUT with a strange grey shaded band at the bottom of the page, AND now REFUSES to print anything by displaying the message reporting the counterfeit.on, then was able to print a few pages in colour BUT with a strange greyscale banner at the bottom of the page, AND now REFUSES to print anything by displaying the message indicating the counterfeit. Hello community, I'm putting out an alert and I'd like to know if I'm the only one shocked by the quality of PCs from the Captiva and Avlano brands, which dominate Digitec. A few figures to start with: these two brands account for 5,170 references, or more than 84% of the "PC Gaming" range! But what's even more absurd is that less than 0.5% of this massive catalogue is actually in stock for next-day delivery. The real problem is that almost all of these machines, analysed at random, suffer from serious technical aberrations, designed to fool the unwary buyer. The pattern is always the same: The RAM is systematically sabotaged: Very often we find a single-channel configuration, which halves the bandwidth and causes a performance loss of 15 to 25% in games. A 2479 CHF PC (Captiva R89-085) sold with "1 x 64GB DDR5 5200MHz" is a technical heresy. The components are "No-Name": unbranded and uncertified power supplies (PSUs) and SSDs are installed, even on machines costing almost CHF 4,000 (Captiva R90-729). It's like playing Russian roulette with expensive hardware. Stability and security are sacrificed. Platforms are often obsolete: In 2025, PCs costing over CHF 1,000 (Captiva R88-503) are being sold on a 2017 AM4 platform, with no possibility of upgrading. My question is addressed directly to Digitec: how can your in-house expertise allow machines that are the antithesis of all good PC assembly practice to go by? It's a paradox that seriously damages your credibility. My approach is not to accuse, but to alert. So I ask you: am I the only one shocked by this situation? Is it normal for a reference brand to allow its catalogue to be dominated by thousands of phantom and technically dubious configurations? The debate is open. To end on a constructive note, there is one obvious solution: Digitec should launch its own range of 'Digitec Certified' PCs. 5 to 10 configurations, not 5000. Machines designed by your experts, totally transparent, that the community would be proud to recommend. It would be a real vote of confidence.

I recently bought a rare LEGO set, and unfortunately, the original box arrived visibly damaged. As a collector, this was incredibly disappointing—not just because of the aesthetics, but because the condition of the original packaging significantly affects the value and integrity of the set. When I contacted Galaxus about the issue, this was their response: “Please note that the outer packaging and original packaging are used to protect products during transportation. Damage – especially to the original packaging – may be unattractive, but is not a cause for concern as long as the product itself is undamaged and in perfect working order. Damage to the packaging can therefore not be processed as transport damage.” Honestly, I found this quite frustrating. This kind of reply completely downplays how important the original box is—especially for rare or retired sets. To many of us in the LEGO community, the box is PART of the product. It’s not just cardboard. It represents the set’s history, collector value, and resale potential. A damaged box can mean a significant drop in value—even if the bricks inside are untouched. I’m shocked that a sales operations specialist handling collectible items doesn’t seem to recognize this. I’m curious—has anyone else had similar experiences? How do you usually deal with sellers who don’t understand the collector’s perspective?

Hello, We have the Salt Fibre x6 box (black box). We have connected a TP-Link TL-SX195 switch (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/tp-link-tl-sx105-5-ports-netzwerk-switch-15794920) to port 5 (10GBit). After just a few seconds, the switch causes a fault in the network. All connections to the Internet become extremely slow. The connection speed drops to 10 KBit and even to zero. I suspect a bufferbloat. Which the CNLab bufferfloat test seems to confirm. Immediately when I remove the connection on port 5, the speed goes back to normal. I suspect that the switch and salt box are not compatible. Does anyone have a 10Gbit switch on this port 5 with which it works? If so, I would appreciate a short message. Thank you

I am looking for a good camera that is particularly suitable for plant photography. It would be important that the macro shots are good, but functions such as time-lapse would also be important to me. Hello everyone I need help and advice I bought the AC60 and B80 together as a special offer in January 25. I started using both in July when I moved into a new property with no electricity. The B80 never worked properly and I sent it back for renewal or repair at the beginning of August. Last week I was told there was no replacement for the B80. I asked if another battery would work with the AC60 but Bluetti decided to refund me. So I'm left with the AC60 which only holds 600W and isn't enough to keep me going. They say I have to send the AC60 back for a refund, which would leave me without electricity. Can anyone tell me what I can do or if they know of another battery I could add to the AC60.
