I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. I have a small feature request that you can have your interns implement. A way to move products in the watchlist to another watchlist, e.g. by dragging and dropping. Since products are saved by default in the lowest or the currently expanded notepad, my notepads have become a mess and the only way to rearrange them is to delete items from the wrong notepad, open the correct list and note the product again. Hi guys, I have installed the Ryzen 5 5500GT with standard fan. Everything looks great and cools properly, even the air in the case is normal. But even in office mode I have a background noise that I can't accept. Sometimes it's a "scratching", sometimes a higher frequency, which is annoying and overall it's just too loud. I'm wondering whether the fan has a fault. Does anyone have any experience?

The stated delivery times are not adhered to and Galaxus does not change this either. I have several open orders where the delivery time is delayed. The order says delivery the next day, but in reality it's 3 days or longer :( It's not dramatic, but giving unrealistic delivery times just to generate more orders is not right. Then write on sale: "Delivery in 3 to 6 days" and not: "Delivery tomorrow" do you see it differently?

Digitec hasn't had a deal of the day for the last few days either, only Galaxus had one. Will this no longer be offered regularly in future or will it be cancelled altogether? That would be a shame, even if the offers used to have more appeal.

Why can't I reach anyone at digitec/galaxus? I sent in a defective coffee capsule machine almost a month ago and I can no longer get any information from digitec/galaxus, let alone contact customer service. All online assistants are useless, everything used to be much better. Also about the move of the store in Winterthur, you didn't get any information that they have changed location, no, they prefer to leave people standing in front of an empty shop. Instead of wanting to expand abroad (Amazon Land) and spending billions there, they should think about a more sensible pricing policy and new, more accessible locations in Switzerland. I have chosen a date with morning delivery (8am-12pm) by making an appointment with Planzer. At 2pm I receive a call that the appointment cannot be kept and we have to make a new appointment. Fine, so I reschedule the appointment with the carrier for the next day (8-11am) with a 30-minute phone call in advance and deposit. Today 11.43am, on hold for 18 minutes on the phone to find out where my delivery is! Galaxus, I am otherwise really very satisfied, but what is this? In the delivery options I have selected extra post. Ok, I understand that other delivery services apply to third party products, but you could oblige the third party suppliers to stop using Planzer. Community, have you also had cases like this with Planzer and any solutions for punctual Planzer delivery? PS: Still on hold (25min) :(

This would mean read-only access to product data such as descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, categories or ratings. This is the 3rd delivery they've put down as "undelivered". No explanation, that's the most frustrating thing. We don't know why, we don't know how, we don't know anything. It's just that we're delivered and left to our own devices. Out of two deliveries, this happened 3 days in a row.... This delivery company is really mediocre in my opinion. Late, doesn't deliver, no customer support, nothing. I would really advise Galaxus Digitec to stop using this delivery company, or else give us the choice of delivery company... but that's too restrictive for the site and I understand. Anyway... this message is pointless, but I just had to say it. He's the worst deliveryman ever.

Every time I have to take a day off work to receive digitec parcels as I only get them if I sign for them. As usual, Planzer delivers "the next day" or at some point, at least I hope so, it wouldn't be the first time that nothing arrives. I can't even pick it up or anything and the customer service is anything but helpful I am very satisfied with digitec but planzer is a pure incompetence club.

WHAT is this again? Today, for the umpteenth time, I come across such an ugly, clunky, impractical new layout on the main page. Guys, you never learn, do you? I have nothing against POSITIVE changes where something is improved. But every new layout so far has been a disaster, this one is no exception. Take that away! So... time to divert my Galaxus bookmark directly to my profile again, eh? Too bad, I liked reading the main page - but not like this.
