    Deleting a Galaxus account

    Have other customers received emails stating that their account will be deleted on a certain date. With a link? It's very well done and I'm afraid a lot of customers will fall for the scam and end up with their login stolen. And orders they didn't place.

    E-mail from the post office?

    Hello How/where can I configure to receive an e-mail from Swiss Post when the parcel is delivered by Digitec? Orders from Amazon are also delivered by the post office. There you will receive an e-mail when the package will be delivered. I searched the settings (digitec.ch) without result. Thanks for a tip! Best regards

    Today I had to order another battery for a car remote control. It happens once in a blue moon. It therefore makes little sense to offer packs of three or five. They will be half empty before the next change. It probably takes a law for suppliers to let the XMV prevail.

    WHAT is this again? Today, for the umpteenth time, I come across such an ugly, clunky, impractical new layout on the main page. Guys, you never learn, do you? I have nothing against POSITIVE changes where something is improved. But every new layout so far has been a disaster, this one is no exception. Take that away! So... time to divert my Galaxus bookmark directly to my profile again, eh? Too bad, I liked reading the main page - but not like this.

    Delivery delayed

    What does delayed delivery mean? The product was in stock and was described as being delivered the next day. Been waiting for a week. Even Amazon was quicker to receive after 3 days from DE. Also China was faster after 5days received.

    Vacuum/mopping robot

    Hello everyone Nowadays there is such a huge choice, I'm a bit overwhelmed. Many have good reviews, but then there are also the negative ones which you can't overlook... I'm looking for a robot that can vacuum and mop. -Only hard floors (tiles) -approx. 100 m2 -Not too loud (rented flat) -should not cost over CHF 900. I have looked at the brands, Roborock, Dream and Mova, but the decision is really difficult with so many to choose from. Many thanks for your help / recommendations

    Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable.     Hello everyone I am thinking of installing the Beliani Tela shower enclosure: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s4/product/beliani-tela-90-cm-90-cm-185-cm-duschkabine-duschwand-53162857 As is usual in Switzerland, the shower tray 90x90 is mounted on a shell, i.e. the shower with tiles is somewhere between 88.8cm and 89.0cm wide and long. Will this shower enclosure still fit? Unfortunately, there is no information on this on the manufacturer's website and the question is not conclusively answered for the 80x80 cubicle...

    Delivery of external sources

    I had two carpets stolen last week. Galaxus uses external service providers for deliveries, such as DPD or Planzer. In this case it was DPD, who claim to have delivered the parcel. However, I never received the items or any notification of delivery. Normally, a notification is sent so that the delivery can be changed if necessary. However, I didn't receive anything, which meant I couldn't change the delivery arrangements or the drop-off location. DPD claims to have proof of delivery, but I have received absolutely nothing. What's more, the last deliveries made by DPD were left directly in the entrance of the building, in full view of everyone, without any request for a signature or any form of security. Under these conditions, it's not surprising that parcels go missing. Today, Galaxus is asking me to pay for an order that I never received and is refusing to take responsibility for an obviously faulty delivery. This situation is unacceptable.

    I often use the filters to search for products. I'm currently looking for a monitor where I'm mostly open to the brand. However, I don't want certain brands. It would be great if I could use the filters to mark certain brands that I do NOT want displayed.

    Complaint - incomplete delivery / misleading advert (Potensic Atom 2)

    Ladies and Gentlemen, As a long-standing customer of Digitec/Galaxus, I am very disappointed about this process. I bought a used Potensic Atom 2 drone (condition "like new") from a private seller via your platform. The delivery arrived yesterday. Unfortunately, I found that essential components are missing, especially the battery and the remote control, so the drone is not functional. These key components were not mentioned in the advert. The delivered item therefore obviously does not correspond to the description in the advert and can be considered misleading. For comparison, I enclose an advert for the same product (Amazon), which explicitly mentions that the battery and remote control are missing and that the drone therefore cannot be flown alone. Such a clarification is completely missing in the Digitec advert. I have already contacted the seller directly, but have not yet received a reply. As the purchase was made via your platform, I would ask Digitec/Galaxus to look into this Marketplace case and help clarify it. If no solution can be found in the short term, I will unfortunately be forced to have the case examined by Buyer Protection or a consumer organisation. However, I very much hope that we can find an uncomplicated solution before then. Kind regards Charles Habib

    Dissatisfaction with PLANZER delivery service - repeated problems with delivery

    Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems? Thank you very much for reading along and for your opinions.

    Invoice too early.

    Hello Galaxus! Recently, the invoices have been arriving earlier and earlier. Until recently, I always received the invoice after receiving the goods. Now the invoices arrive up to four days in advance. This distorts the return period. Just like the guarantee. The invoice and the guarantees should also include the date of receipt.

    What's happening with the orders?

    I ordered an item on Thursday 25 September for delivery tomorrow. Finally I am given the date of the 27th, which is...Saturday 27th my parcel is not at home but has only been delivered to the Swiss post office. Delivery scheduled for today. I checked the post office website just now, and in the end the delivery took place tomorrow.... and tomorrow I was told Wednesday and so on and so forth! on the other hand, no worries about the billing, they're quick! IS THIS A JOKE? KEEP TO YOUR DEADLINES! If I'd known it would take so long I wouldn't have gone through you, your only interest being the speed of delivery. My last few orders have all been handled very badly. From very late dispatch to receiving faulty goods or goods so badly packed that they were damaged. Pathetic and dishonest, I would not recommend your services to anyone again.

    TP-Link Tapo C520WS

    A little help/info for the users of this cam: 1. if you want to run the APP for this cam under WIndows, OSX, you should search for "Bluestacks". It is an emulator and in my case the APP runs with this on Win11. (has a bit of adverts, but not tragic) 2. many people have trouble accessing the cam with ONVIF. However, as described in the manual, this works (AFTER creating a user). This is also necessary, e.g. for integration into a Synology, as otherwise the full resolution is not available. (I hope that I was able to offer some help here) Instructions: To integrate the TP-Link Tapo C520WS via ONVIF, you must first create a camera account with user name and password in the Tapo app, then find out the IP address of the camera via the app or the router, activate the ONVIF and RTSP services and finally enter these access data and the IP address in your ONVIF-compatible software (e.g. iSpy, Blue IoT).iSpy, Blue Iris or Synology Surveillance Station) to add the camera. 1. create a camera account: Open the Tapo app and go to the camera settings by tapping the gear icon. Select Advanced Settings and then Camera Account to create a camera account with a username and password that you will need to log in to other platforms. 2. find IP address and ports: Find out the IP address of the camera. You can find it in the Tapo app in the camera settings or look in the DHCP list of your router. Remember the default ports for the ONVIF and RTSP services: ONVIF port: 2020 RTSP port: 554 3. add the camera in the ONVIF software: Start your ONVIF-compatible software (e.g. iSpy, Blue Iris, Synology Surveillance Station). Click on the option to add a new camera and select the ONVIF camera type. In the pop-up window, enter the previously created IP address of the camera, along with the username and password of the camera account. Select the desired video resolution. Adjust other settings or save the camera settings for later. Click on "Done" to finalise the integration.

    Parcel has not arrived

    To be honest, I'm pretty frustrated and I'm slowly running out of ideas. My parcel, worth almost CHF 450, has disappeared - and since then I've just been shunted back and forth. Galaxus support refers me to Planserv, Planserv in turn says I should contact Galaxus. Result: Nobody feels responsible and simply nobody helps me. This is definitely not my idea of customer service. The purchase contract is clearly with Galaxus. It is therefore clear to me that Galaxus is responsible for solving the problem - regardless of which external service provider is involved. I have paid but have not received the goods. This cannot and must not simply be left to stand. Has anyone here in the forum had similar experiences or a tip on how to actually find a solution in a situation like this? I really hope that Galaxus will make a public statement here and finally take responsibility.

    Delivery problems with Planzer?

    Hello, I ordered a new TV on Tuesday afternoon and it was supposed to be delivered the next day by Planzer, at least that's what they promised. Later that afternoon on Wednesday, Planzer left another parcel from a different supplier on my doorstep without making itself known in any way, someone was definitely at home at the time. On Wednesday evening 21 September I receive an email from Planzer saying "Your parcel could not be delivered" and no further information. In response to my enquiry on Thursday, I receive "4 December 2025, 15:24 Renewed delivery triggered" Expected delivery 5.12. It is now Friday 5 December at 4.35 pm and there is still no parcel in sight. However, shortly before midday today a Planzer delivery van was on the road in our neighbourhood but didn't stop at our house and didn't deliver anything. I'm beginning to think it's more likely to be Christchind than a delivery today. Are these problems normal?
