Given the recent heatwave, I’ve been looking for a good fan for the bedroom. After doing some research, the Mycarbon table fan (bamboo-effect) seemed like the right choice: it’s very quiet (DC motor), has all the essential functions and isn’t particularly ugly. I was keen to buy it from a Swiss mail-order company like Galaxus: it’s actually available there. Price: 172 CHF. A quick comparison online shows that the identical model costs just 91 euros, including delivery, from a mail-order company whose name I won’t mention here and whose sycophantic closeness to Donald Trump I find repulsive. Given this price difference, it’s hard to opt for the more likeable Swiss mail-order company...

Hello everyone, I’m reaching out to the Community today with a request. I live in the Aarau area, my family and I rely on social security, and I suffer from severe social anxiety. My PC is, for me, the most important sanctuary of all and helps me maintain a daily routine. Unfortunately, after seven years of loyal service, the fan on my RTX 2070 gave up the ghost yesterday (ball bearing failure, 0 RPM). The card overheats immediately. As buying a new one is completely out of the question financially, I wanted to ask if anyone here has perhaps upgraded their system and has a working graphics card gathering dust in the loft or a drawer. As I’d like to switch to AMD (as if the value for money were better and there were more graphics memory bytes for future games), a card from the Radeon RX 6700 XT series (or similar with 12GB+ VRAM) would be a dream come true. Space in the case isn’t a problem; I have a large ATX case. Important for me: due to my mental health condition, I’m unfortunately unable to arrange a face-to-face meeting to collect the card. However, I’d of course be more than happy to cover the postage in advance via Twint, so that you can simply send the card to me by post. Pretty much the Title... I have sold multiple items on Galaxus with no issue but it's just really annoying that some buyers either don't confirm receipt at all (so it happens automatically after their time runs out) or they themself wait until the last moment possible. This is just annoying as hell as i always ship the Products the same day as they made the purchase. At least Galaxus changed the Time the buyers get to confirm receipt from what was like a month to now "only" 7 days. Plase Galaxus, either give us the chance to also rate those buyers or change the time frame to max. 48 Hours... Sorry for the rant but this just pisses me off.

I ordered toners from Galaxus. These were supposedly delivered 2 days ago and have now gone back to the distribution centre because supposedly no one was there to receive them. Which was not true, there was someone there all day. Galaxus does not respond to emails. I can indicate in the order itself that it has not been delivered. In this case, I should contact the customer service centre. However, I am not told how to do this. As with many other shops, there is no contact email/phone number for customer service on the website. When I search for customer service or support, I am of course only offered new products. Can anyone help me with this? I would like to complete my very last Galaxus order here quickly

Hi, I’ve just realised: my product ratings have been deleted! I’ve been asked to review some of them again. What’s the point? Take FiiO headphones, for example, or lots of books, etc. All my reviews were 5-star, so no complaints. Well, why should I bother any more? So I won’t be writing any more reviews. And I probably won’t be ordering anything else either.

I recently bought a jukebox for around CHF 120 and was rather disappointed when it arrived. The product was significantly smaller than the pictures suggested, very cheaply made and surprisingly light. The voice prompts also had a very strong Chinese accent. After doing some research, I discovered that the exact same product, including packaging, is available on AliExpress for around CHF 14–16. I am aware that Galaxus works with marketplace partners. Nevertheless, I wonder how thoroughly such products are checked and whether other customers have had similar experiences with products that appear to be dropshipped.

For some time now, I have been getting "extended results" when searching. In other words, lots of completely irrelevant products, especially if I enter the exact product name of a particular product. And tragically, the desired product was often missing completely and I had to search for it via the product menu with categories and filters. If I don't need any "recommendations", I don't want to receive any. Until recently, the search was only expanded if unspecific search terms were entered or no products matching the term were found. Is this also the case for others? Is it technically not possible to switch this off?

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Why can't I reach anyone at digitec/galaxus? I sent in a defective coffee capsule machine almost a month ago and I can no longer get any information from digitec/galaxus, let alone contact customer service. All online assistants are useless, everything used to be much better. Also about the move of the store in Winterthur, you didn't get any information that they have changed location, no, they prefer to leave people standing in front of an empty shop. Instead of wanting to expand abroad (Amazon Land) and spending billions there, they should think about a more sensible pricing policy and new, more accessible locations in Switzerland. For example, a location in Embrach, Bülach or Kloten.

Every time I have to take a day off work to receive digitec parcels as I only get them if I sign for them. As usual, Planzer delivers "the next day" or at some point, at least I hope so, it wouldn't be the first time that nothing arrives. I can't even pick it up or anything and the customer service is anything but helpful I am very satisfied with digitec but planzer is a pure incompetence club.

Hello everyone! Has anyone ever had any experience with the company SG Elektronik AG in St. Gallen (evisto.ch)? Digitec/Galaxus occasionally sells products on behalf of this company at quite attractive prices. Given the low prices, I wonder which lorry these products have fallen off. Hello every one,I bought this Refurbished RAM KIT ,Refurbished Motherboard Z890 Gigabyte Aorus Master and a NEW CPU INTEL ULTRA 7 265K from Galaxus when it was very cheap as they sell refurbisihed RAM KIT by Galaxus only 40 CHF cheaper then a New RAM KIT and as they confirm that the RAM KIT is 100% tested and it works fine but its not TRUE as I received them and they were not working properly and I opened 3 service cases with Galaxus for the 3 and clearly mentioned to please check them and if they can be repaired or replaced with a same brand new RAM KIT but NO REFUND.I want my RAM KIT sent back to me as the price is nearly 1700 CHF now.I asked for a call back to Galaxus assitant to confirm that NO REFUND only check the 3 of them and I have a Email from Galaxus to confirm that they have informed the service department so please don`t worry, I trusted Galaxus Assitant and I sent all the 3 Items to them.The very first day Galaxus received my MEMORY RAM KIT ,Galaxus made a credit note to my account without my concent although I clearly mentioned in the service case NO REFUND. Galaxus found the CPU was not working properly so they sent me a new CPU.Which I have already received.The motherboard they need 2 to 4 weeks so I have to wait no problem. The problem is that Galaxus is holding my property DDR5 Memory RAM KIT without my concent as I clearly refused the REFUND and Galaxus assitant I been writting and chating and telephone calls . Galaxus could not find my property RAM KIT then after I wrote a EMAIL to the CEO of Galaxus only then I received a email stating Galaxus has found my property and they asked me what I would like them to do ,Send back my RAM KIT to me or I want to keep the credit note?I answered to Galaxus to please send back my property RAM KIT back to me but they are not doing that and every time I call Galaxus assitant says that I have to wait .I don`t understand why should I wait to get my property back.Galaxus just has to send back my RAM KIT.Galaxus has to cancel the credit note . The problem was with the CPU which was making the PC crash every time and it was not the Memory RAM KIT. So I am very sad how Galaxus is treating their customers .The only thing which has a very high value and is not available they want to keep it and refund the old cheap price which I will never except and nobody should allow Galaxus to do with us customers.Already AI boom has crashed and they want to make more problems for their customers with their delaying tactics.I am sorry for writting the whole long story so every one can understand the problem I have with Galaxus and I am sure there are many more customers with the same kind of problem.I feel my property is held hostage by Galaxus. Does anyone have any experience with the PCs from the retailer "Avlano"? The price-performance ratio looks really good at first glance, but unfortunately neither here on digitec nor on the retailer's website is any detailed information given about the components installed (type of power supply, RAM, AIO, ...). However, the product photos look promising.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank DIGITEC for their quick and accommodating handling of any issues. Today I received a USB stick in the post which apparently had a (technical) fault. I described the problem to Digitec, as it couldn’t be resolved in any way (on various PCs and Macs). Within two minutes of submitting the form, the amount was credited to my account via TWINT. NO ifs or buts. Even though the item cost no more than 15 francs: it was sorted out QUICKLY, EASILY AND GENEROUSLY. I’ve had this experience with Digitec before when dealing with previous issues. Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems? I’m trying to connect an antenna to my Zyxel NR2301. The Zyxel’s antenna port needs to be connected to the antenna (two SMA female cables). According to the Zyxel NR2301 product information, a TS9 male adapter is required for this. However, the TS9 plug does not fit. I then ordered a CRC 9, but that doesn’t fit either. Which plug will fit?
