Hello Galaxus Team I ordered a product last week (quite sturdy and made of wood). This was delivered in a huge cardboard box, which was filled with over 120 bubble cushions. The plastic waste was out of proportion to the product I ordered for 45 CHF. Surely there are more environmentally friendly packaging or filling materials? Kind regards

Dear Community, I would like to know how regularly, and if at all, you have already received a Galaxus voucher when you moved up a level in the Community? I think I have already collected a few points and have also climbed a level a few times, but I have never won anything. Do you have similar experiences? Or have I just had bad luck so far? And if you have already received vouchers, what were they for? Are they just little token vouchers or are they actually useful?

Made an order with 2 items. Received 2 parcels and 2 invoices! Invoice 60779114 dated 19.3.25 (with minimum order surcharge) and 60826495 dated 20.3.25 . I will probably remove Galaxus from my list of suppliers!

Dear Galaxus, you belong to Migros. Why don't you include the Migros non-food range in your shop? It would increase the purchase of small-priced articles. I would often order something from you for less than 50 francs and then get put off by the minimum order value. If I could order non-food products from Migros (I'm a Migros child :-)), which I always need anyway, I would reach the minimum order amount. So I usually order the cheap items somewhere with a lower minimum order value. Just as a suggestion.

Hey everyone. The filter functions of Galaxus are already quite good (in most categories) and are getting better and better, so here's a new suggestion: It would be good if you could **exclude** entries instead of just including them. For example, if I'm looking for products that come from somewhere other than China, that would be helpful. Or everything except PTFE coating, and so on.

Hello together I'm on the lookout for a robot vacuum and have my eye on Mova's products. The P50 Pro Ultra is already available, as is the Z50 (half?). Today was the "international" release of the Mova V50 Ultra; is it planned that this will also be available on digitec/Galaxus? Best regards

Hi zemme I have a 34 inch screen as my main screen (work, gaming) and a 27 inch Eizo (approx. 6kg) for image editing. Now I'm planning to "park" the Eizo behind the 34 inch screen and move it either to the side or upwards if necessary (sideways rather than upwards). This is because the Eizo is only intended for image editing and not as a second monitor in the setup. Now I'm looking for a mount with a gas spring - should it be easy to move? Brand new Xiaomi unpacked, assembled, charged. Then installed app (added eScooter exactly as instructed). Displays charging status (100%) etc. via Bluetooth connection. App is therefore paired with scooter. As soon as you switch it on, it beeps every approx. 10 seconds. This is actually (according to the web) an indication that it is not paired. What should I do? (I have already reinstalled the app once and switched the iPhone off and on again).
