Küchenprofi - Mortar Marble - 11 cm\nMortars have a long tradition in the kitchen. For good reason. With their help, herbs and spices can be conveniently chopped up and unfold their full aroma.
The mortars from KÜCHENPROFIare shapely and functional. They are perfect for preparing spice mixtures, crusts for meat and pesto. If you prefer it sweet, grind the finest powdered sugar. One model is made of porcelain, the other of marble. Both materials have no abrasion, are tasteless and easy to clean. The mortar made of porcelain is even allowed in the dishwasher. The pestles are well in the hand, their ends are roughened to facilitate the comminution of spices, herbs, peppercorns or nuts. Speaking of nuts: Crown your filet with a crust of pitted olives, capers, oregano, peppers and macadamia nuts. The ingredients come first in the mortar and then on the meat, which was previously fried and covered with mustard. Then continue to melt in the oven and enjoy.
