The charger is a new type for a new generation of USB technology. A detachable USB-C to dual USB adapter charges all 5V USB devices with up to 2.4A per port.
The Amp PD Duo consists of a 29W USB-C Power Delivery 2.0 charger and a USB-C to dual USB-A adapter. With this charger, you can charge your 12" MacBook and your iPhone. It is truly a universal charger for all your USB devices. USB-PD allows compatible devices to charge faster at higher voltages and supports bidirectional charging as well as data transfer between host and peripheral devices.
The Amp PD Duo Type-C port can also charge USB-C devices that do not support Power Delivery at up to 5V 3A. It adapts to support healthier battery function and faster USB charging speeds.
AiPower intelligently adjusts the output current to meet the charging needs of all your USB devices. With up to 2.4A of dedicated adaptive output per Ai USB port, your devices receive the safest maximum charging speed possible.
Advanced circuitry and built-in safeguards protect your devices from overcurrent, overheating, and overcharging.
