Product details

The special filament EPR PET was developed by the Innofil research department. This filament can be processed over a wide temperature range and with various printing speeds. PET is food-safe and does not produce any odors during printing. You do not need a heated print bed for processing, as EPR PET adheres well to a print platform, for example, covered with Blue Tape. The material is available as a transparent, neutral filament and in nine semi-transparent colors.

PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is well-known for its use in the production of beverage bottles, and the special properties of this material will enable many new applications in the 3D printing field. Currently, the filament materials PLA and ABS are the most commonly used for 3D printing. PLA is a popular material because it is easy to process, but it has its limitations. ABS allows for the printing of very stable parts, but the processing is more challenging.
