Celexon

The Rollo Professional is ideal for high-quality equipped seminar rooms. However, it also delivers outstanding results at home in a home theater, thanks to its superior quality. The screen has excellent flatness due to a thick, heavy fabric. The Rollo screen is adjustable in multiple stages thanks to a special mechanism. This allows you to set not only the 1:1 format but also other formats such as 4:3, 16:9, or 21:9. The screen has a gain factor of 1.2, optimized for projections with LCD and DLP projectors, allowing for a wide viewing angle. A black back ensures that no light is lost, making your projection always appear clear. Thus, you can also use the screen in front of a window. A black border and/or lead-in enhance contrast and improve the flatness of the fabric. The delivery includes mounting materials, instructions, and a pull cord.

Aspect ratio

Describes the format of image width to image height, with 16:9 being the common TV and office standard. Values such as 21:9 or 32:9 stand for extremely wide monitors, which often replace two old screens next to each other.

Gain factor

The light amplification factor, or gain factor, is an important factor when selecting a screen. Factor tells you something about the reflective properties. An ordinary white sheet of paper has a gain factor of about 1.0. It scatters the incident light homogeneously and diffusely in all directions. Thus it appears practically always equally bright, no matter from which angle you look at it.

Picture walls with a gain above 1.0 try to reflect a certain amount of light more specifically towards the audience, which usually sits axially in front of the picture. Developers achieve this through special surfaces and coatings. They take, so to speak, a small step towards the properties of a mirror. A gain of 2.0 describes a screen that - measured on axis - reflects twice as much light as a perfectly diffuse surface with 1.0. This is why we speak of amplification.

Enhanced gain factor of 1.2

The square 1:1 aspect ratio with dimensions of 200 x 195 cm is primarily suited for presentations and requires format adjustment for movies.
