The LA Digital Conax CI+ card reader from Ewent enables the reception of paid HD channels via a pay-TV card. This module is compatible with all televisions and set-top boxes that have a CI+ slot. To fully benefit from the CI+ standard, the card reader must always be connected, even when receiving SD pay-TV channels. Activation is done through the customer service of the pay-TV provider, and the serial number of the card reader must be provided. The card reader is approved for Antenna Ready HD (DVB-T2) and Cable Ready HD (DVB-C HD) and also works with PlusTV cards, but activation is also required. Please note that the card reader is not compatible with the satellite channels from Canal Digital or products from the Xiaomi Mi TV P1 series.
