PLA-A 1000g filament is available in two variants: transparent and opaque. It is environmentally friendly, safe, and easy to print. PLA-A is an easy-to-use 3D printing filament for indoor use, with low temperature resistance and suitable for creating luminous channel letters. The raw materials used are FDA-approved and biodegradable, meeting environmental and safety requirements.
Recommended printing conditions:
- Nozzle temperature: 190 to 220 degrees Celsius (210 degrees Celsius recommended)
- Build platform temperature: Room temperature to 60 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Celsius recommended)
- Build surface materials: Tempered glass, BuildTak, carbon fiber sheet
- Nozzle diameter: 0.4 to 0.6 mm (0.4 mm recommended)
- Cooling fan: 50 to 100 percent
- Layer thickness: 0.12 to 0.3 mm
- Print speed: 60 to 90 mm/s (60 mm/s recommended)
- Travel speed: 60 to 120 mm/s
- Ambient temperature for printing: Room temperature to 40 degrees Celsius
- Retraction length: 1 to 2 mm
- Retraction speed: 30 to 50 mm/s
- Recommended support material: Self-supporting, PVA, BVOH.
