Polierbar is the first 3D-printable filament designed for layer-free post-processing. PolySmooth™ has been specifically developed to work with the Polysher™, dramatically improving the surface quality of 3D-printed objects.

PolySmooth™ is easy to print and compatible with all filament-based 3D printers. It prints under similar conditions to PLA. With a wide printing temperature range, low odour, and no need for a heated bed, PolySmooth™ is the perfect companion for your desktop 3D printer.

Optimised for support, we have leveraged our experience with PolySupport™ and the enhanced PolySmooth™ to ensure the same properties for easy support removal. Effortlessly detach the support from the surface of PolySmooth™, and once your model is polished, no layers will be visible on the surface.

PolySmooth™ boasts balanced mechanical properties that surpass those of ABS and PLA in most aspects, making it an ideal material for everyday 3D printing. It exhibits very low residual stress during printing, showing almost no warping, making it perfect for printing large parts.
