As Naut88 already mentioned, the LEDs cannot be removed, but on the one hand they can be deactivated and on the other hand the "difusor" structure can be removed so that this M2 SSD is the same size and thickness as others. This plastic structure is attached with double-sided adhesive tape.
Honestly, I have no idea, I bought it for the PC.
Addendum: The manufacturer's website states a 5-year warranty
