It is not possible to charge using the female USB ports (USB-A or USB-C) on the emergency charger; these ports are intended for power output to charge other devices. The power bank is recharged via a specific USB-C input port, often using a compatible external charger. The integrated cable is designed for output, not for recharging from a solar panel or other source via USB female.

The power bank has a capacity of 25,000 mAh. To calculate the watt hours (Wh), the formula Wh = (mAh × V) / 1000 is used. At a typical nominal voltage of 3.7 V for lithium-ion batteries, this results in around 92.5 Wh (25,000 mAh × 3.7 V / 1000). This puts the power bank below the 100 Wh limit permitted for air travel.

You can fully charge your Apple MacBook 16 inch, 2019, about once with the Anker Laptop Power Bank (25000 mAh, 165 W, 90 Wh) when the power bank is full and not being recharged. Justification: The power bank has a capacity of 90 Wh, while the MacBook Pro 16-inch (2019) has a battery with approximately 100 Wh. Due to energy losses during charging (efficiency usually around 85-90%), you can achieve about a full charge of the MacBook battery with 90 Wh of the power bank, but not more than that. The power bank delivers enough power (165 W) for the MacBook, which has a 96 watt charging requirement.

The power bank can be charged via one of the integrated USB-C cables, not just via the USB-C port on the side. The integrated, retractable USB-C cable supports charging the power bank with up to 100 W input power, which enables fast charging.

? I didn't understand anything, but I can tell you that some devices can't charge them so you have to hold the button down for three seconds and it puts it in a special, more reduced mode. For example, I have a small Marshall loudspeaker and it can't charge it normally, I have to hold the button down for three seconds and it puts it in a much more reduced mode and then it can charge if not, boh in the end, you plug the classic cable into it and do what you want. Otherwise, though, I'm quite satisfied.

There is no official information on the compatibility of this model with the Anker application.

The Anker Laptop Power Bank with 25,000 mAh and 165 W can fully charge your MacBook 26 inch from 2019 in about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the battery capacity and charge level. The power bank delivers up to 100 W per USB-C port, which is sufficient for the MacBook to charge quickly. Apple states that MacBooks can be charged up to 50% in around 30 minutes with suitable chargers; the Power Bank supports similar charging capacities, meaning that a full charge takes correspondingly longer.

The quickest way to charge the power bank is via a mains adapter at the socket. Use a USB-C connection for this, as the power bank has several USB-C ports. Charging via a solar panel is technically possible, but it takes much longer and is less efficient than charging via a socket.
