I bought the iPhone 12 128gb a year ago. Since a few months (before ios17) it gets very hot after about 5 minutes of use. What is the reason for this and what can I do about it? Warranty claim? Change the battery? Thank you for an answer.

Hello, reset the iPhone completely, preferably via Itunes, without backing up the data, and then see if it still gets hot, usually it's an app that puts a lot of strain on the device. Otherwise, you have a 2-year warranty if it was purchased through Digitec.

After the iPhone 12 has been sent, you will receive an email with the Digitec Connect subscription voucher code, which you can enter on the Digitec Connect website. Once you have entered your details there, a SIM card will be sent to you.
