Hello @Ptrckgil I ordered it at 14:01 and also have this message. My colleague, however, has the message "No details available". He ordered it yesterday. So you can be satisfied with our message. The thing is that Apple supplies private customers first and then shops like Digitec. If it were the other way around, Apple would get hate from every single private customer for the long delivery time, but not like this.
Digitec Connect vouchers are not personalised and can be passed on without any problems🙂
I hope digitec is making a bad joke here, if I don't have one on saturday I'll cancel the order and go to apple, might take even longer but that's a cheek from digitec
I don't think you're the only one frustrated, and I think Digitec's communication is very poor. I recommend that you order directly from Apple and, if necessary, leave both orders open until you have received a device. For me personally, it was the first and last time I pre-ordered a new product from Digitec🤷🏼♂️.
I cancelled my order on saturday and was able to reserve one at the apple store and pick it up the same day.
The CH providers use the following 5G bands: Swisscom: N1 - 2100 MHz - 5g wide N78 - 3500MHz 5G+ Sunrise: N28 - 700 MHz N78 - 3500 MHz N80 - 1800 MHz -> planned Salt: N75 - 700 MHz -> planned N78- 3500 MHz -> planned Swisscom says the band N1 5G wide and the band N78 5G+. Both bands are supported at Swisscom. Salt has not yet switched on its 5G or only at 1 or 2 test locations. Sunrise has also planned band N80. So you will be able to use all currently active bands.
I've got the same thing now... Let's wait and see.

Ordered it on 23.10.20 and was able to pick it up on 18.11.20. Coincidentally, I got a survey from Digitec on 17.11.20 asking me if I was satisfied etc. I then grumbled about the back and forth ordering process of the Iphone 12 Pro and the next day I was able to pick up the Iphone 12 Pro. Strange coincidence. Anyway, the Iphone 12 Pro is great and worth the wait.
I would also order from Apple and cancel the other one after receiving it. I somehow have the feeling that it's going to be difficult this year when even the Early Birds don't receive a status update after two weeks...
