Ciao Asus has uploaded a bios update for the problem, which should minimise the standard fan curve. Available here: https://rog.asus.com/graphics-cards/graphics-cards/rog-astral/rog-astral-rtx5080-o16g-gaming/helpdesk_bios/ Mine was very quiet out of the box, but this was probably due to 3rd party software (NZXT CAM). I personally haven't done the bios update, but it should help you with your problem :).

No, everything is fine with me, card also bought on Friday and in operation since yesterday. Maybe check the PCie Gen in the bios to see if it is correctly connected to X16?

Digitec itself says the following: "Regarding bots, by the way, we have a zero tolerance and follow up on suspicious orders. We also cancel orders from more than one card per person. We are also strict when it comes to orders from employees: They do not benefit from an early order window and do not receive any discounts."
Digitec has mentioned in an article that unfortunately there will probably be no stock updates for 50 series cards for the time being.
