Normally yes. It is not possible to remove their router entirely, you just have to connect the ASUS router to the ethernet port of the Swisscom box and then use the Asus one instead. I'm not with Swisscom anymore because they couldn't give me the speed and stability in St-Prex because it was too far from the central office, but I did it with the UPC Cablecom box.
