The item should have been delivered. We regret that it arrived late. There can be a variety of reasons why a delivery is delayed, e.g. technical problems or an excessive number of deliveries, either by us or by the delivery partner.

I have a Zotac 4080 and it can be connected using the supplied adapter from Zotac or Gigabyte.
Be Quiet also sells an adapter that makes the whole thing nicer and less janky:
be quiet! Be Quiet VGA PCIe 12VHPWR Adapter Cable CPH-6610 (12+4Pin) (60 cm)
BeQuiet has its own 12VHPWR cable (is also compatible with the power supply):

Here is the compatibility list:

For most systems 1x 8pin ATX 12V is sufficient.
The power cables are not standardised on the side of the power supply. Therefore, you should only use cables for which you have an explicit specification that states that it matches the power supply unit used.
So at least I don't understand what exactly you need or what is "wrong". What do you mean by "2x3 plugs" and "1x6"?
Or to understand your problem, name the device you can't connect.
The following picture shows all the cables and their connectors that come with this power supply unit. https://www.bequiet.com/admin/ImageServer.php?ID=fde4ba40144@be-quiet.net&rand=fdac216ac939504586de7bad30b0b4fd&lang=2&force=true&download=true&omitPreview=true
I used it to run a mainboard with Z690... I think that certainly fits, as with any mainboard. The graphics card was an RTX3080, so it had enough power.
The difference is the 80 PLUS certificate, i.e. the efficiency of the power supply.
The cheaper one has Gold, the more expensive one has Platinum level.

Don't worry and order this power supply. You know your rights as a customer, unlike many others. Namely, to a correct Swiss plug. If you forget to include it again, it should be sent to you free of charge.
Let me put it this way, Digitec will not have fixed the error yet. They haven't replaced all the humans with robots yet. But even that would not be a guarantee. It is not the case that a cable with a Swiss plug is never supplied. It's just that every now and then, when it's forgotten, the extra cable is included. For whatever reason. But you're right, it's a bit surprising how "often" this mistake happens. Actually, there should be a note in Digitec's own system that an additional cable or adapter must be added to the delivery. If the packing list of the logistics company says 1x box of power supply + 1x power cable. You don't quite understand it if the number of products doesn't match the packing list.
If you really want to be 100% sure. Pick up the power supply unit in a shop. You can check right away. There are always enough cables in the shops and the shop staff are very attentive.
And for the sake of completeness, my favourite text module ;-)

Digitec is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance comes with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or, alternatively, a suitable adapter if the mains cable is permanently connected.
If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
