I've had the new extruder right from the start and have no problems, and everything is OK with the software too. I'm very happy with the device.

According to our information, secondhand products have been in use for a maximum of 30 days. However, they are technically flawless and the accessories are present.

I would check the wiring of the motors. Incorrect belt tension could also be a cause. It could also be that the mainboard is simply faulty. All in all, this sounds like a warranty case to me. https://wiki.creality.com/en...

i'd like to, but i'm still working on solving various problems. compared to prusa and bambu, this one was brought to market noticeably fast. i installed a micro swiss hotend yesterday and printed pet (not petg). it came out ok, except for the annoying vf artefacts. and the extruder is a pain in the ***! with practically every filament change, something is left behind, which makes reloading difficult/blocks it, despite the lever at the top. it wouldn't take tpu, had to take it apart and clean it twice already. after that i didn't have time to test it anymore. i think cutting it off and pushing the new filament through might help, but with tpu? i also had to loosen the belts a bit, they almost tore, the bed was calibrated to the sky. but i am convinced that it can...soon...if i don't lose my nerves with this thing. orca slicer with tpu profile settings of the bambu x1c (printables) could be a start...
