The base measures 245mm (width) x 205 mm (depth) that mean the distance from the base to the edge of the screen is 290mm (screen width - base with / 2). Now we can calculate the distance from the left edge of the first base all over to the right edge of the third base. 3 bases x 245 mm = 735 mm and twice from base to base 4 x 290 mm = 1160 mm, that means you will need a table that is at least 1895 mm or 1.85m wide. Now knowing that number I have to say that I now want to come to your home to see that :D
Yes, it works without any problem. So you can attach a mouse, keyboard and another USB device to the screen and switch between 2 end devices. I have connected my Windows laptop and my MacBook and switch between Displayport and HDMI1. You can define via menu which USB upstream should be assigned to which port. Top device! - Cheers!
I use the monitor both for the MacBook Pro and for a Win laptop, both via HDMI. This is without any adapters. The question here is what kind of adapter does the question refer to?
I would consult the specification / manual of the Notepad. Without knowing what kind of device it is, the question can hardly be answered.
Nope, ist nicht implementiert. Siehe Link : https://www.dell.com/community/Monitors/Dell-U2413-source-input-signal-Auto-select-undetectable-by-Dell/td-p/4505107
I don't see anything that would speak against it.
Connections and slots 1. speakers | 2. SD card slot | 3. USB 3.0 with PowerShare | 4. Noble lock port | 5. AC power | 6. Thunderbolt™ 3 support: power/charging port, PowerShare, Thunderbolt 3 (40 Gbit/s bi-directional), USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gbit/s), VGA, HDMI, Ethernet and USB-A via Dell adapter (sold separately) | 7. USB 3.0 | 8. Headset jack | 9. Battery level button and indicator what can the mentioned adapter do ? that is the question ! ... otherwise only Thunderbolt would work : https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/producttype/monitor-31?f=969243&tagIds=77-624 Read the specification and ask ... have fun !
The picture format corresponds to 21:9 - which means that in addition to 16:9 working content, there is still some space for the menu, etc. The U3415 is a great device, but due to its price and dimensions it is not suitable for every budget - and unfortunately also not for confined spaces. The main advantage is the large, undivided WORK surface. I use the device for image and video editing.
Yes, that is correct. But Digitec cannot provide data that is not even provided by the manufacturer itself. Unofficially, the radius of curvature is 3.8m.
Indeed, beautiful monitor. switched from 24"+22" monitor to this a few minutes ago - My grin is as wide as the monitor.... Why the Dell? - It was available against LG 34UC98-W and I don't need Thunderbolt. My PC currently only supplies DVI - just needs an adapter cable. I assume that future graphics cards will still support DP for some time. ANSWER TO QUESTION: LG 34UC98-W wait and see... (the UC97 would be less badly available, but has different screen technology). I think it would be a shame to use adapters for a new purchase when you can already have the perfect interface.
This should definitely be the A01 revision. The A00 revision is from November 2014 and had some teething problems. Judging by the reviews (none before November 2015), this does not seem to be the case with this version, otherwise one or two users would have already complained about it: Dell U3415W (34", 3440x1440) However, to get a definitive answer, it is best to ask customer service directly by phone or email. The revision should be noted on the packaging.

hmm... when you have 30HZ it usually comes across a bit blurry ;-(( Search for the DP 1.2 setting in the monitor settings... I hope you find what you are looking for! If that doesn't help just google if someone has the same problem, best in the Dell forum ;-))
So far I have not been able to recognise any distortion or too small display of the icons of windows within Windwos. Even with non-MS software. - The screen has a "normal" number of pixels for the height - simply many more pixels in the width - but adapted to the dimensions. Win10 recognises this screen correctly via INTEL and nVidia graphics.
