OWC Thunderbolt - USB C (2 m) has proven itself to me - should be able to do everything (I don't have LAN now, but power and monitor), but it's a bit more expensive.
In any case, the screen has two upstream USB ports. However, the second one has no DisplayPort and no charging function (PD). Which is not necessary in your case. I would say it works. But I'm not 100% sure. Unfortunately, I don't have a PC at the moment to test it.
Yes, of course, you can. You can even expand the screen... And charge via USB-C...
No, it's 1 gbps
Hello, for my part connected to a Mac mini 2020 usbc or hdmi, excellent quality. However, it doesn't have a built-in speaker, so you'll need to buy an accessory. The bar offered by Dell, which is fixed on top, isn't great for listening to music or films, but it's good enough for power.
Digitec has a great search function where you can filter your requirements precisely and granularly. I myself am very satisfied with this screen and if it has everything you need, I can recommend it to you.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Of course, you have a return period of 30 days, but you have to expect a discount of at least 10% for opened and used products. You can find more information about this on the following link: https://www.digitec.ch/de/guide/7
Hola! What about the picture quality when connected to a Mac Air M2? Is the text still blurred then?
Not ideal, but mainly because of the moderate resolution of the screen of only 2560x1440 pixels (that's just about right but small fonts can't be displayed sharply), since a Mac air has a very high-resolution screen anyway, I would definitely also take a 4K 3840x2160 pixel resolution for the external monitor, so that even small fonts are razor-sharp. My suggestion would be this model, it has a USB-C docking function and a LAN connection: Philips 279P1/00 (3840 x 2160 Pixels, 27") This one would be okay too, but it's much more expensive: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/product/hp-z27k-g3-3840-x-2160-pixels-27-monitor-14768083#fullscreen=show If 32 inches would also work, then this one would certainly be good, also with LAN connection: iiyama XUB3293UHSN-B1 HDMI+DP+USB-C IPS (3840 x 2160 Pixels, 31.50")
I have this screen, and a MBP 2014 Retina and it works fine through HDMI and USB
Yes, it works fine on a MacBook Air m1 and a macSrudio, so it will also work on the m2.
Hi, I have a desktop and Dell XPS13 9360 on the screen. In my case, you can set whether it should now recognise DP or USB-C or automatically the video signal. Check the settings to see what is used for this. Hope I could help
Unfortunately, our suppliers do not offer the U3425WE model. However, we do have the U2724DE in our range: Dell UltraSharp 27 ThunDellrbo t Hub Mon (2560 x 1440 pixels, 26.96")
