You can operate a maximum of 7 speakers with the Denon AVR-X1500H, plus an active subwoofer. This means that the Teufel mentioned with 5.1 plus two Atmos speakers (e.g. the Teufel Reflekt) is within the specifications and can be operated in this way. Whether this works/sounds well is, of course, another question. The Atmos Reflekt story is, by the way, quite strongly dependent on the room and the set-up. Another thing I noticed: Teufel also combines the System 4 THX with an Onkyo reciever. On paper, it has considerably more amplifier power than the Denon X1500H. I don't know what the efficiency (sound pressure per watt) of the Teufel is, but because of the powerful Onkyo, I assume that it is not as high. But all that only matters if you want to listen loudly. Room volume in a block of flats will probably be no problem for the Denon/Teufel combination. Bleeding ears would probably not work.

Hello Internet radio: can be used This receiver can also be controlled via mobile phone. I cannot say anything about ALEXA. Voice command would be provided, but I do not use it. What bothers me/us about this receiver, as well as many others, is that DAB+ is not yet built in. Unfortunately, we only noticed this when we were disconnected from the Internet for a few hours. Even in newer and more expensive models, DAB+ is not yet standard. This is because this topic is not eaten as warmly abroad as it is here in Switzerland. In terms of price, however, I would currently buy the Denon DRA-800H, precisely because of the DAB+ and future-oriented... for Switzerland. mfg

I bought the receiver and it works fine with other HEOS Multiroom speakers. Can be paired or not, etc. Only weak point. The receiver cannot be switched on via the network. It has to be switched on manually and can then be used via HEOS.

Try a new/different cable. I had the same problem between the AVR-X1500 and my Samsung TV. With a different cable (not newer, but a bit thicker and probably of better quality) it worked without problems. You might also be able to change something in the graphics settings of the PC; but I don't know more about that either.
