Yes, a BD/DVD drive can be installed behind the front flap in this housing, as it has a single 5.25" drive bay. This bay is intended for optical drives such as Blu-ray or DVD and is located behind the front flap. Removable frames for HDDs behind the front flap are also possible, as the housing offers modular HDD cages that can be flexibly adapted and mounted behind the front flap. This allows you to install additional hard drive bays and replace them if necessary.

It works with one exception: since the Silent Loop normally belongs on the ceiling, there is no more room for a DVD drive. That's why I have the water cooling at the front, but this is not recommended, because every water cooling system loses liquid over time.

Yes, the 6 trays are included in the box. Otherwise, the part is also quite good. I am satisfied. The only thing I find a little strange is that you can open the panel at the front like a door. But it doesn't bother me if it just stands there ;-)
