Unfortunately not, only with Intel Coffee Lake; e.g. Intel Core i3, i5, i7 and i9: gen 8 and 9
A Bios update to support the new CPU's has been announced by Gigabyte.
For intel's 300 chipset, the general rule is 2133mhz-2666mhz. Anything above that is not natively supported. It could work, but it doesn't have to. I would use rams with 2666mhz to be on the safe side. Otherwise, you have to check the QVL of the board on the manufacturer's website to see which bars are supported and at what clock speed. You will probably be able to install a bolt with 3000mhz and it will also work, but depending on the case, only with 2133mhz to max. 2666mhz.
