I've had the TV for over half a year and I haven't noticed anything like this. Perhaps carry out a software update or reset to factory settings? Otherwise make a complaint.

Hello, you can buy a delivery and assembly service, which I did. Unfortunately, the postmen refused to carry the parcel up because there were two of them and it was too difficult for them, which I can't understand, as they can see from the order what it is and that such a television can hardly be carried by two people. Accordingly, I would advise against it. Kind regards
