Unfortunately it is not possible to use 2 monitors separately, only duplicate.
According to the manufacturer's page: When using two monitors at the same time, both monitors have a resolution of 1080p and display the same content.
Unfortunately not usable for the home office.
However, the quality is very high.

Cons: Expanding the screen is not possible
--> I wanted to connect a 4K screen via HDMI. It didn't work because the hub only provides this resolution at 30 Hz. I then only had 2K with 60 Hz instead of UHD. I would clearly advise against buying it if the hub is to be used for a home office or similar. It is better to buy a more expensive docking.

it will work with the 65watt power adapter. This multiport travel hub is suggested for 65 or 90watt power adapter.

I use the original USB-C power supply of my HP notebook on the HUB and it works without any problems.
This does not work with your notebook. The USB-C port of your notebook is a USB port without additional functions.
Charging and video output are not supported.
The idea is to connect the existing power supply unit to it. For example, this one works.

Unfortunately, the specifications are somewhat sparse, but here on p. 11 in the manual you can already see that there are limits regarding resolution:

The dock has a USB-minimal graphics card built in, so to speak. Comparable with this adapter:

But just, not all of them can do 4K@60Hz.
Since the dock has a VGA port, I would guess that the USB graphics would match the performance of a VGA port.

In Windows 10, Advanced Output should be selected for connected screens. Mirroring is usually activated the first time the screen is connected. This can be easily switched with the key combination Windows+P.
Yes, the power connection is only for charging.
Drivers are not required for USB-C, but the notebook should be able to use alternate mode via USB-C, which is necessary so that video signals can also be output for the dock. LAN and power also work via USB-C.
This docking station should be suitable for all USB-C capable notebooks according to the connections.
