I have had the JBL Quantum Duo for a few months now and have been very satisfied so far. I use this between my laptop and PS5. On the console it works perfectly. Recently there have been some problems in connection with the laptop. 1. the JBL QuantumEngine app does not recognise the speakers despite the USB connection (right from the start). 2. with videos, e.g. YouTube, there is a "crackling" at certain pitches which is very exhausting in the long term. 3. for about a week now, despite constant use, the speakers go into standby mode after about 15 minutes and I have to switch them on again. This is very annoying and takes away the joy of connecting these otherwise good speakers to the laptop. Does anyone know of any solutions to these problems? - Speakers are always connected via USB - Windows 10 operating system

My speakers work without any problems, but as I have them plugged into my ps5 and often watch Netflix and don't sit close to the speakers I wanted to know if there is something like a remote control for the parts to be able to adjust the volume. Thanks in advance.

Has the connectivity problem been fixed? I have constant connectivity problems and cannot upgrade the firmware because the PC with driver does not recognise the speakers. I have to reconnect the speakers every day because the speakers either don't give out sound or the sound gets distorted over time. I would buy the speakers again when the problem is finally solved.

Does this product work with Windows It only says "Mac" in the specs.

I would actually like to give the product a chance, but I am a little unsettled by some of the reports like the one described here, which describe precisely this self-switch-off. I can't judge now how disturbing this is in gaming / normal operation. If I buy the product and the shutdown occurs as described and it really bothers me, can I return it?

Can I also connect these amplifiers to PS4 and TV?

The speakers are actually really great! The sound is clear and the bass is wonderful, But is it normal that the speakers switch themselves off after a short time? Even when you're listening to music or something? They are also connected to the power supply, so I don't understand why they would go into standby when they are being used. Is there a way to turn it off? There's nothing in the manual about it, unless we've overlooked it somehow. I would buy them myself, but if this problem can't be solved, we'd better send ours back.
