Does anyone know how the whole thing behaves without PWM input? Do PWM fans then run at 0 or 100%? 3-pin fans, according to questions, should rotate at 100% right? Thanks for the answers

Is the input the port labelled M-CPU?

Can anyone tell me how long the supplied 4 PIN PWM cable is that connects to the mainboard?

I bought the part. Unfortunately, it does not work to control the fans. Unfortunately, it is not written anywhere what the input port is. I assume it is M-CPU? If I connect the part via this port, my computer cannot read out the fan speed. Which makes the whole thing a bit useless.

The description says that 3-pin fans also work. However, I doubt that in this case the fans are speed-controlled, but simply run at the maximum speed. Does anyone know anything more precise?
